AVAILABILITY

In cases where the products you ordered are not available you will be informed by e-mail or by phone about the exact delivery time. If you agree on the new delivery time you must inform us by e-mail or fax that you are aware and wish your order to remain active. In case the new terms of execution of the order do not satisfy you, your order will be canceled.

FORCE MAJEURE

ΟRDER CANCELLATION

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

PRODUCT RETURNS

In case you want to return the products you bought because you are not satisfied or you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to do so within 4 months from the date of receipt of the order. The products must be in the condition in which you received them, without their packaging being unsealed and accompanied by the receipt or the sales invoice. For the return or change of products, you will be charged with the shipping costs 4,00 €

The company is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the products during the return process. Immediately after receiving the products to be returned and after making sure that their packaging is in excellent condition and that the product has been sold by our company, our representative will contact you to discuss how to replace them.

Refunds are not possible.
